Production Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Associate to join our culinary team in Cali. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality, taste, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute culinary production during your shift, including meats, fish, sides, sauces, and desserts.
• Maintain proper mise en place and manage inventory levels required for service.
• Ensure correct presentation, flavor, and temperature of dishes before they are served.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards such as BPM and HACCP.
• Coordinate and support kitchen staff assigned to your station.
• Control waste and optimize ingredient usage to protect profitability.
• Participate in menu development, suggestions, and special dishes.
• Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and other stations for coordinated service.
• Keep the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and orderly.
