Production Chief – Lead Manufacturing Operations

About the role
We are looking for a Production Chief to lead our manufacturing operations. The role oversees the full production cycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all production activities across multiple lines.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and scheduling to meet production targets.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and logistics.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report results to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior production roles such as Production Manager, Director or Coordinator within a manufacturing company.
- Strong background in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence.
