Production Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to lead and optimise production activities within a manufacturing environment. The role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial or mechanical engineering and a proven ability to manage end‑to‑end production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete production cycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align production activities with company objectives.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Significant experience in industrial or mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record in leading production areas within manufacturing companies.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Previous leadership roles such as Production Manager, Director or Coordinator.
