Production Designer

About the role

Publicis Production Hub in Bogotá is seeking a Production Designer to create and adapt marketing assets for print and digital channels. You will ensure brand consistency and high production quality across Direct Mail, print ads, OOH, email banners, and basic animated GIFs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop aesthetically appealing designs for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Execute a variety of print assets, manage production tasks such as image cleaning, file preparation, and ensure print‑ready delivery.
• Adapt and resize assets for different media platforms while maintaining brand compliance.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across final assets and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and organized, able to handle multiple production requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a minimum B2 level of English.
• Team player who can work effectively with creative and marketing stakeholders.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and PDF preparation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma.
• Extensive experience in layout, print production processes, and production‑ready formatting.
