About the role
Baxter is looking for an operator to keep its machines running optimally and ensure product quality, following the company's good manufacturing practice and safety (EHS) standards. The role covers packaging, machine adjustments and support for maintenance technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Enter clear and accurate production and quality data into the required software formats according to process parameters.
- Pack production according to quality specifications in plastic boxes and Paxón boxes for warehouse dispatch.
- Adjust or change machine components such as cassettes, trays, resistors and fabric, and support maintenance technicians when problems occur.
- Stock the filling lines, managing the warehouse inventory of the extrusion area and the filling lines.
- Check that tools and equipment used in the process are in optimal condition.
Required profile
- Diploma in electronic, instrumental or industrial maintenance or a related field.
- 6 months of experience in manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of plastic processing is desirable.
