Production Operator – P&M

About the role

The Production Operator in the P&M area is responsible for carrying out manufacturing activities according to specific procedures and safety instructions. The role supports quality, safety, productivity and on‑time delivery goals for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and record material checks following established procedures to ensure process integrity and prevent quality leaks.
• Report any deviations or anomalies in production stages or equipment to reduce non‑conforming products.
• Maintain first‑level maintenance checklists to ensure proper equipment operation and lower corrective maintenance costs.
• Complete equipment approval stickers and operational forms to guarantee correct equipment segregation.
• Conduct shift hand‑over communications to relay relevant production updates.
• Notify the supervisor of unsafe behaviors, process issues, equipment or facility problems for corrective action.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree in production, logistics or related fields.
• At least six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of unit conversion for mass and volume.
