Production Supervisor

About the role

As a Production Supervisor at Colgate‑Palmolive, you will lead a high‑energy shift on the Focus Factory floor in Cali, turning raw materials into world‑class finished goods. You will own daily production execution, champion safety and quality, and develop a skilled, motivated workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule, collaborating with Production Planners to meet market demand.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, Safety and Quality standards; lead root‑cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage shift rotations, vacation planning, and training for both permanent and temporary staff.
• Conduct physical inventory counts, audit controlled materials, and use SAP for monthly financial closures.
• Address operational conflicts, support union and non‑union relations, and maintain high team morale.
• Drive continuous improvement through Autonomous Maintenance programs and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems quickly, and communicate effectively.
