Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

As a Production Supervisor at L'Oréal's Colombia manufacturing plant, you will lead a team of operators to turn product concepts into high‑quality finished goods. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure that daily production meets the company’s standards for efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and develop operational staff on the production lines, ensuring the execution of the production plan.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Proactively resolve production issues by coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
• Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a production environment.
• Strong analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making and process improvement.
• Results‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge
• Industrial safety standards familiarity
