Production Technician

About the role

Join a SERVPRO® franchise as a Production Technician and help restore homes and businesses after fire or water damage. You will work directly with crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform restoration services following SERVPRO® production guidelines.
• Communicate with the crew chief to confirm customer needs and project requirements.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles, equipment, and supplies for each job.
• Prepare work areas, set up staging zones, and ensure a clean, organized site before, during, and after each project.
• Support crew members, perform end‑of‑day cleanup, and uphold safety and risk‑management protocols.

Required profile

• Effective oral communication skills.
• High school diploma; GEDIICRC certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of state.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb with assistance, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.

Required skills

• Experience in cleaning or restoration (preferred).
• GEDIICRC certification (preferred).
