Production Worker

About the role

As a Production Worker at CPL Aromas, you will support the creation of high‑quality fragrances by following established production procedures. You will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are handled accurately and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, download, verify and upload raw material imports and local purchases into the system.
• Transfer approved products physically and in the system, storing them in designated warehouse locations.
• Pack and prepare finished product from stock drums according to standard procedures.
• Conduct stirring/mixing of manufactured products following established guidelines.
• Locate, verify and pack local and export orders.
• Wash and dry containers, funnels and buckets used in production to ensure proper decontamination.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace, tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (desirable).
• Basic mathematical knowledge for measurements.
• Effective use of digital tools for data entry (desirable).
