Professional Campaign Management

About the role

Epsilon is seeking a Professional Campaign Management to join its Media Delivery Team in Bogota, reporting to the Regional Media Delivery Director. You will implement, optimize and monitor client campaigns across programmatic and digital advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Implement campaigns on programmatic buying platforms and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Monitor daily performance, manage budgets and investment consumption.
• Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to design audience targeting.
• Analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Serve as point of contact for technology and media providers and prepare reports for internal and external clients.

Required profile

• Experience in media delivery, ad operations or similar digital marketing roles.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media, preferably programmatic buying.
• Familiarity with DOOH campaign implementation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Intermediate business‑level English proficiency.
