Professional Services Consultant

About the role

Join Check Point’s Professional Services team to help large customers integrate, design, and optimize high‑end security products in complex network environments. You will work closely with sales, R&D, TAC and other internal teams to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Consult large customers on product integration and design.
• Implement, migrate, upgrade and optimize Check Point high‑end products.
• Develop methods of procedures, low‑level designs, and test plans to meet customer criteria.
• Test new features and products before production deployment.
• Troubleshoot Check Point products as needed.
• Assist in customer production cut‑overs outside of office hours.
• Provide product training and workshops to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, TAC and other Check Point teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with IP‑based networks, network design, and security products.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and cybersecurity concepts.
• Solid understanding of routing, switching, load balancing, and security appliances (firewall, VPN, IPS, Anti‑Virus, Application Control).
• Customer‑oriented post‑sales experience with direct face‑to‑face service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
