Professional Services Engineer – Security Solutions

About the role

Kaspersky is seeking a technical expert to deliver onsite and remote professional services for enterprise clients. You will specialize in deploying, configuring and optimizing Kaspersky security products across on‑premise, cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deployments, configurations, upgrades and migrations of endpoint and non‑endpoint security solutions.
• Document service engagements, including technical notes, time spent and project status.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide hardware and software recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales and senior management to design solutions and resolve challenges.
• Troubleshoot security solutions at Level 1 and Level 2 and conduct risk and vulnerability assessments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT security implementation, configuration, upgrades, migrations and advisory services.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; English is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.

Required skills

• Vendor‑neutral security certifications (Security+, Cloud+, Linux LPI, Network+, CISSP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL and COBIT.
• Experience with endpoint and non‑endpoint security solutions in on‑premise, cloud and hybrid environments.
