Program Delivery Manager

About the role

Intellias is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead a transformative data and AI platform initiative in Colombia. You will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑scale capabilities that enable real‑time decision‑making and intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Project Governance – coordinate scope, schedule, budget and process changes in a controlled manner.
• Scope Management – define, verify and control project requirements and changes.
• Schedule Management – estimate activity durations, create and monitor the project schedule.
• Profitability Management – estimate costs and resources, track expenses to stay within budget.
• Team Management – ensure the team has the necessary knowledge, develop leadership approaches and maintain high velocity.

Required profile

• 6+ years experience in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management.
• Experience managing an organization of 35+ people.
• 4+ years of project and program management experience.
• Proven ability in staffing, scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating and improving team velocity.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
