About the role
A stable and growing team in Medellín is looking for a Project Administrator to support project coordination and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The position is on-site in Medellín, Colombia, and requires C1-level English.
Key responsibilities
- Support project coordination activities
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
- Work closely with managers and internal teams
- Track project progress and administrative processes
- Keep information organized, accurate and up to date
Required profile
- C1 English level
- 1.8 to 3 years of professional experience
- Background in administration, operations, BPO or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several responsibilities at once
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel
- Microsoft Office tools
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Colombia time).
