Project Architect – US Projects

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead U.S.-based residential and commercial projects from concept through permit submission. The role is based in Colombia (Medellín, Bogotá, or Barranquilla) and requires advanced English communication with our Florida team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural plans and construction documents using Revit.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Produce permit‑ready drawing packages for U.S. projects.
- Identify design or code issues early and propose solutions.
- Communicate effectively with U.S. architects, engineers, and project managers in English.
- Participate in project meetings and manage assigned projects through all phases.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of professional architectural experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Solid understanding of construction documents and detailing.
