Project Coordinator (Seasonal Contractor)

About the role

BIG Language is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support fast‑paced translation projects on a seasonal basis. You will work closely with internal localization teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating translation projects, managing resources and timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal team members.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on translated materials to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Adapt quickly to project updates, shifting priorities, and unexpected delays.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to work accurately under minimal supervision.
• Proven adaptability in fast‑changing environments.
• Strong multitasking and autonomous work capabilities while being a supportive team player.
• Excellent communication skills for following verbal and written instructions.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Computer‑Aided Translation (CAT) tools, preferably MemoQ or similar systems.

What we offer

• Seasonal contract from July through October, with possible weekend support.
• Hourly rate of $6‑$8 USD.
