Project Engineering Manager

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Project Engineering Manager to coordinate multiple engineering projects, track delivery health, risks, and metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee several projects, aligning timelines, scope, and delivery expectations.
• Define development plans with milestones and dependencies, and track weekly team status.
• Consolidate updates into dashboards or slides and present concise status reports to management.
• Monitor bugs, risks, and overall progress, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate weekly reviews, capture action items, assign owners, and ensure completion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of project management experience using project metrics.
• Experience creating status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Engineering background with ability to partner effectively with technical teams.
• Stakeholder management skills for client‑facing communication.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for documentation and presentations.
• Experience with Buganizer for defect tracking and triage.
