Project Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant Project Management to join TransUnion’s Colombia CRO team. The role supports the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership in aligning strategy with market dynamics, driving high‑complexity projects and ensuring disciplined execution across the Run and Grow agendas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CRO in developing and implementing strategies that reflect Colombia’s market conditions and corporate goals.
• Lead pre‑work and post‑work for strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with regional and international objectives.
• Act as a liaison across functional teams to facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption.
• Oversee high‑complexity projects, applying rigorous project‑management discipline to meet targeted outcomes.
• Prepare executive‑ready materials such as business updates, quarterly sales reviews, performance insights, SteerCo decks and materials for international visits.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, indicators and tools for proactive decision‑making.
• Track execution of key initiatives, manage risk and decision logs, and coordinate governance routines including SteerCos and weekly business reviews.
• Identify cross‑team dependencies, escalate risks or blockers, and support stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of general business experience with exposure to strategy development and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving ability and sound business judgment.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
