Project Manager – Atlassian Transformations

About the role

Atlas Bench is seeking a Project Manager to lead Atlassian transformation projects, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, cloud migrations, and AI‑powered workflows. The role will act as the central coordination point between clients, consultants, architects, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support project delivery from initiation through closure, maintaining plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track scope, dependencies, change requests, and monitor project health to surface risks early.
• Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating kick‑offs, status meetings, and updates.
• Align consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders around shared priorities and timelines.
• Remove blockers and ensure appropriate resources are allocated at each stage.
• Maintain project governance, reporting, KPIs, performance metrics, and documentation.
• Help customers achieve business outcomes, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Collaborate with enterprise and Fortune 500 clients across US Eastern Time business hours and globally distributed teams.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and able to work on‑site in Chico Norte.
• 2–4 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in software implementation, technology consulting, or SaaS.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
