Project Manager – Client-Facing Coordination Role

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing Project Manager to drive high‑impact A/B testing initiatives. You will act as the central hub that keeps cross‑functional teams aligned, motivated, and moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate teams of 5–10 members across research, design, development, QA, analytics and client stakeholders to ensure smooth test execution from idea to launch and analysis.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicate the rationale, set expectations and present progress in weekly client meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clarity, positivity and momentum, and proactively managing risks and blockers.

Required profile

• Strong organizational habits, love for checklists, timelines and systematic planning.
• Excellent communication skills with a bias toward over‑communication and early risk flagging.
• High agency, quick learner, curious about technology and design, and able to spot patterns and ask insightful questions.
