Project Manager – Client & Manufacturer Coordination

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to ensure our projects run smoothly from initiation to completion. You will act as the central hub, coordinating between clients, manufacturers, and our internal team to keep every detail on track.

Key responsibilities

• Review new projects and verify that all client information is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with manufacturers by sending project details for pricing, logging responses, and notifying the owner so quotes can be issued.
• Follow up on pending quotes to guarantee timely delivery to clients.
• Maintain regular client check‑ins (every 1–2 months) to keep projects progressing.
• Manage drawings by tracking deadlines, collaborating with the designer, sending files to clients, and handling revision requests.
• Track samples and materials, set reminders, and ensure timely arrival.
• Monitor payments, including client deposits and vendor invoices, and stay on top of financials.
• Keep the system updated with product data such as lead times, ETD, and ETA dates for instant client access.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communicator who follows up proactively.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in coordination or operations is a plus.
