Project Manager – Clinical Supplies (APM/PM/Sr PM GCS)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for clinical trials. You will ensure timely distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support successful study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study‑specific supply plans and integrate clinical supplies activities into the overall logistics strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, provide risk assessments, and keep project reports up to date.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and participate in regulatory training.
• Represent the department in internal and external meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance existing tools, and support bidding or bid‑defense activities.
• Act as the primary client contact for supply‑chain queries and concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership experience with the ability to work independently and guide teams.
• Solid understanding of clinical supply operations and client relationship management.
• High attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset.
