Project Manager – Creative Production (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Project Manager with an advertising agency background to coordinate transcreation and production projects for global clients. Working remotely from Colombia, you will act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative and production teams, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log client requests related to transcreation and production, interacting with clients daily.
• Collaborate with operations to develop budget estimates and assign work to appropriate staff and facilities.
• Maintain internal timelines, workflow systems, and up‑to‑date project records using the company’s workflow management technology.
• Gather structured client feedback, communicate it to teams, and incorporate revisions to improve processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot technological bottlenecks in asset management and workflow tools.
• Serve as the Asset Librarian, managing client assets and ensuring proper documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in a creative or advertising environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing junior project managers.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
