Project Manager – CRM Platforms

About the role

The Project Manager within IT Operations leads technology initiatives for enterprise CRM platforms, ensuring disciplined execution, financial oversight, risk management, and governance. The role collaborates with product, architecture, platform owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to deliver predictable outcomes aligned with portfolio priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑facing initiatives on Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent CRM platforms, coordinating with Product Owners, UX, and integration teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with integrated project plans and milestone tracking.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and resource plans, supporting financial governance and capitalization processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, providing transparent RAID reporting and escalating decisions as needed.
• Produce standardized PMO reporting, support stage‑gate reviews, and ensure adherence to delivery standards and audit requirements.
• Coordinate change enablement, release management, testing, cut‑over, communications, and post‑deployment stabilization.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong enterprise PMO delivery expertise with experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Proven ability to work with vendors and distributed/global delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive‑level reporting skills.
