Project Manager – DayShape

About the role

The Project Manager within IT Operations is responsible for delivering technology initiatives through the standardized PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, project delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance. The role supports enterprise platforms and partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery outcomes aligned to portfolio priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver DayShape implementations, enhancements, and optimizations while coordinating integrations with ERP and financial systems.
• Execute approved demand following PMO intake, prioritization, and funding workflows, validating scope, objectives, dependencies, delivery model, and success criteria.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, maintaining integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and delivery variance; coordinate resource plans within capacity and demand constraints.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross‑initiative dependencies, driving mitigation plans and escalating decision points as required.
• Produce standardized PMO reporting (status, milestones, financials, KPIs) and support stage gates, portfolio reviews, and governance forums.
• Coordinate with Change Enablement and Release Management to ensure testing, cutover, communications, and readiness activities are planned and executed.
• Support post‑deployment stabilization and transition to operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience operating within formal PMO governance and delivery models.
