Project Manager – Digital Products

About the role

Proximus Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital products and projects across cross‑functional teams. You will coordinate stakeholders, facilitate agile ceremonies, manage timelines, and ensure high‑quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, aligning with business objectives, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
• Track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to senior leadership.
• Support teams throughout the lifecycle, removing impediments and ensuring smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven experience in agile project management.
• Ability to align business objectives with execution and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
