Project Manager – Engineering & Architecture

About the role
We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Project Manager to lead engineering and architecture projects within a dynamic, international environment. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary, cross‑functional teams to achieve high performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing engineering or architecture projects.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) for communication with U.S.‑based clients.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive, innovative mindset focused on efficiency and results.
