About the role

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager to lead engineering and architecture projects in a fast‑moving, international environment. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initial planning through successful delivery while ensuring high standards of quality, budget control, and timeline adherence.

Key responsibilities

Lead projects from planning to delivery, guaranteeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Required profile

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing engineering or architecture projects.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) for communication with U.S.‑based clients.
Strong leadership abilities with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Proactive, innovative mindset focused on efficiency and results.
