Project Manager – Enterprise IT (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Our client, a global technology services firm, is seeking a remote Project Manager based in Colombia to lead multiple enterprise‑level IT initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering data, infrastructure and application development projects using Agile, SAFe and hybrid approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 concurrent high‑risk IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and SAFe PI planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones, providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, and drive accountability for issue resolution.
• Track financial performance, resource allocation and reporting using project management tools.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of enterprise‑level project management experience in data, infrastructure or application development.
• Proven ability to work in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid environments.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations across global teams.
