Project Manager - ERP Data Migration (Epicor)

About the role

Aditi Consulting is supporting a new ERP deployment project in the manufacturing industry. As Project Manager, you will coordinate and oversee business data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and readiness for go-live. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, IT teams and implementation partners to manage data ownership, cleansing, mapping, mock conversions, financial reconciliation and cutover planning, helping ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems, including Visual, to Epicor.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee business data migration, ensuring accuracy, integrity and readiness for go-live
• Manage data ownership, cleansing, mapping, mock conversions, financial reconciliation and cutover planning
• Work with business stakeholders, Finance, IT teams and implementation partners
• Support business signoffs, track migration milestones and help stabilize data after go-live

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ERP data migration, data conversion or cutover management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and financial data structures
• Experience coordinating data cleansing, enrichment, mapping and validation from legacy ERP systems to new platforms
• Hands-on experience planning and running mock conversions, tracking data load results and resolving data quality issues
• Experience with financial reconciliation of converted data, including open AR/AP, inventory, WIP and open orders
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, business data owners, Finance, IT and external partners
• Ability to manage business signoffs, track milestones and support post-go-live stabilization
• Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• ERP data migration and cutover planning and execution (sequencing, dependencies, data freeze windows, final loads, go/no-go criteria)
• Experience with Epicor ERP and/or Visual ERP is highly preferred
