Project Manager (Hybrid, Bogotá)

About the role

OGS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead client‑facing projects and support the implementation of reporting and compliance programs. The role is hybrid, based in Bogotá, and ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage cross‑functional teams and deliver projects from planning through successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery, creating detailed plans, timelines, trackers and documentation.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies while providing regular status updates and dashboards.
• Facilitate client meetings, gather business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting research, benchmarking and reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent organizational abilities, high attention to detail and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work across US Central Time business hours.
