Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Sutherland’s partnership with NICE Software Solutions. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects for global customers, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close projects using NICE’s project‑management methodology.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk and procurement.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, acting as the single point of contact.
• Monitor progress, report status to clients and senior management, and drive issue resolution.
• Motivate and evaluate project team members, providing feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain revenue forecasts, track project financials and contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven project‑management experience in a matrix environment.
• Experience delivering software or consulting solutions to international clients.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with multicultural teams.
