Project Manager

About the role

Publicis Production, part of Publicis Groupe's Intelligent Creativity business, is looking for a Project Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. The role suits someone with 3 to 5 years of experience leading project delivery in an agency, marketing, communications, healthcare or related environment. You will independently lead multiple workstreams from planning through completion, keeping projects on time, within budget and to quality and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans across multiple workstreams, including scope, budgets, forecasts, timelines and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
• Identify risks, dependencies and resource constraints and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove obstacles and manage changing priorities and scope while informing stakeholders of impacts.
• Monitor project health and delivery performance, giving visibility into status, risks and key decisions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Use project management platforms, workflow tools, reporting and AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience leading project delivery in an agency, marketing, communications, healthcare or related environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and collaborative, cross-functional approach.
• Strong leadership, accountability, communication and client and stakeholder management.
• Proactive problem-solving, sound judgment, planning and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
