Project Manager – MPL Solution Design

About the role

The MPL Solution Design Specialist leads the end‑to‑end design of logistics solutions for new and existing customers. You will create data‑driven, financially sound designs that support commercial growth and operational excellence across multiple Latin‑American locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design customer‑aligned logistics solutions, integrating operational models, cost structures, resource plans and financial projections.
• Manage multiple project workloads and commercial opportunities simultaneously.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and produce high‑quality technical responses.
• Develop high‑level technical proposals and detailed designs, including scope, operating model, cost estimates and draft P&L.
• Calculate MPL size/scope requirements using customer product data and create process flows and engineering visualisations.
• Collaborate with LEAN and Business Process Engineering teams to embed continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Support automation proof‑of‑concepts and guide solution design teams on new business opportunities.
• Share best practices within the MPL Solution Design Community and drive capability building.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in MPL solution design or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, modelling and process‑design skills.
• Ability to innovate and make recommendations with limited or ambiguous data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
