Project Manager – On‑Site Projects (Zipaquirá)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on‑site construction activities in Zipaquirá. You will act as the client’s representative, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while supporting strategic decision‑making from conception through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full project management services and on‑site construction oversight.
• Assist and coordinate with the client Project Manager on overall construction effort.
• Advise on strategic approaches, procurement of resources, and contract and budget ownership for assigned contracts.
• Create and coordinate detailed Project Execution Plans and manage GC PEP activities.
• Proactively manage construction risks, health, safety, and environmental issues, maintaining the risk register.
• Support design reviews, assess constructability, and provide construction input during early phases.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, daily, and event reports, and manage RFI and submittal processes.
• Document meeting minutes for site progress, owner/architect/contractor meetings, and other required sessions.
• Assist in coordinating safety, QA/QC, and labor‑relations programs to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing construction projects on‑site.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, budgeting, and procurement.
• Ability to work closely with client teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Excellent risk‑management and reporting skills.
