Project Manager – Operational Delivery Lead

About the role

Virtual Emily Staffing seeks a highly organized Project Manager to act as the operational hub for client engagements, guiding projects from kickoff through closeout. You will ensure timelines stay on track, risks are identified early, and deliverables are completed without gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain engagement timelines, milestones, owners, and delivery trackers across all project phases.
• Manage ClickUp and Slack workspaces, keeping deliverables organized and on schedule.
• Monitor project health, surface operational risks, and proactively escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate kickoff logistics, stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments, and internal handoffs.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among consultants, coaches, instructional designers, and graphic designers.
• Assemble client‑facing deliverables such as discovery reports, debrief decks, and engagement dashboards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, file structures, and archives in Google Drive and ClickUp.
• Track engagement metrics, milestones, attendance, and operational reporting needs.
• Support internal communication and continuously improve systems, workflows, and delivery consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting coordination, client services, or delivery management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments.
