Project Manager – Oracle Platforms

About the role

The Project Manager within IT Operations leads the delivery of Oracle‑based technology initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, financial oversight, and risk management. This role works closely with product owners, architects, platform owners, ITSM teams and business stakeholders to achieve predictable outcomes aligned with portfolio priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle upgrades, enhancements and regulatory projects across Cloud, E‑Business Suite and Fusion modules (Finance, HCM, SCM).
• Coordinate functional leads, technical SMEs and system‑integrator partners, managing data migration, integrations and cut‑over planning.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and closure, using integrated project plans and milestone tracking.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates and resource capacity, supporting financial governance and capitalization processes.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and cross‑initiative dependencies, providing transparent RAID reporting.
• Produce standardized PMO reports, support stage‑gate reviews and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Change Enablement and Release Management to plan testing, communications, cut‑over and post‑deployment stabilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment, operating within formal PMO governance.

Required skills

• Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise.
• Experience with PMO and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle Fusion applications.
