Project Manager – Power BI (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

The Project Manager PowerBI will lead the delivery of BI solutions for a leading mortgage lender, turning data into actionable insights that drive financial decisions and operational efficiency. This remote position connects business priorities with technical execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Power BI projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Coordinate Power BI developers, data analysts, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate sprint planning, meetings, and status updates using Agile practices.
• Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in BI or data environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
