About the role
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee project delivery remotely from Colombia. This 12‑month position involves managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Maintain project documentation and collaborate using Google Workspace tools.
- Track progress and report status using project management software.
- Facilitate clear communication with team members and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
