Project Manager / Scrum Master – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

AllShore Talent is looking for a proactive Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead a cross‑functional Agile squad of 4–7 developers and QA specialists. This mid‑level, fully remote position (Colombia only) blends classic project‑management rigor with modern Scrum facilitation, ensuring predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and coach the team on Agile principles.
• Plan and monitor team capacity, maintain a sustainable workload (~80%), and support skill development.
• Identify, assess, and document risks; create mitigation plans and communicate status.
• Remove impediments within 24–48 hours and escalate when necessary.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget within the Agile triangle (fixed time & budget, flexible scope).
• Track velocity, burn‑rate, and team health; run data‑driven retrospectives and implement improvements.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a small, cross‑functional development team.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates and risk reporting.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously and partner with Delivery Lead, Product Owner, and Technical Lead.
