Project Specialist – Strategic Initiatives Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Project Specialist to lead the tracking and coordination of strategic initiatives across the organisation. The role supports senior management by ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget and aligned with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Track strategic initiatives and projects, monitoring timelines, milestones, KPIs, budgets and risks, and generate alerts with corrective actions.
• Coordinate alignment between senior management and various business units to implement strategic guidelines and ensure cross‑functional collaboration.
• Consolidate and analyse financial, operational and strategic data to produce executive reports, dashboards and presentations for decision‑making.
• Monitor compliance with action plans and commitments from committees and executive meetings, ensuring traceability and visibility of progress.
• Support the structuring and evaluation of new projects through financial analysis, modelling, feasibility assessment and implementation planning.
• Manage relationships with strategic partners, suppliers and public or private entities, ensuring adherence to agreements and corporate goals.
• Administer strategic information and corporate documentation, maintaining organisation, control, confidentiality and timely availability.
• Coordinate the General Manager’s strategic agenda and prepare key inputs such as reports, presentations, minutes and executive documents.
• Handle confidential information with sound judgment, professional ethics and discretion.

• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential data.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
