Property Manager – Long-Term Rentals

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of furnished long‑term rental apartments in Medellín. The role blends day‑to‑day property management with a strong commercial focus, ensuring apartments are presented, leased and maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of long‑term rental units, acting as the main contact for owners, investors, tenants and prospects.
• Maintain apartment condition, inventories and presentation standards; coordinate showings and ensure units are ready for rent.
• Organise repairs, preventive maintenance, upgrades and vendor follow‑up to keep properties attractive and functional.
• Conduct showings, match client needs with suitable apartments and follow up to convert prospects into signed leases.
• Provide clear communication with tenants and owners, handling requests, reporting issues and managing difficult conversations professionally.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and service‑driven with a commercial mindset.
• Strong attention to detail – able to spot needed fixes, improvements and presentation opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and owners.
