About the role
We are seeking a proactive Prospector to join our international team in Bogotá. In this position you will help expand our global supplier network by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new partners.
Key responsibilities
- Source and qualify new suppliers across multiple markets.
- Conduct outbound sales outreach to generate business opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential partners.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions in Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Procurement or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing, sales, trading, business development or outbound sales.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Proactive, relationship‑driven and comfortable working in an international environment.
