Public Sector Marketing Manager

About the role

TTEC Digital is looking for a Public Sector Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategies that expand our footprint in the government arena. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with senior leaders, sales, and partner teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Help build a scalable marketing foundation for the public sector business.
• Co‑create business and marketing plans with stakeholders, aligning them with sales goals and industry standards.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of partnerships, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Partner with public‑sector practice leaders, sales, partner marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution.
• Produce sales enablement materials, collateral, event strategies, and digital campaigns tailored to public‑sector clients.
• Leverage global campaigns to amplify our public‑sector presence and support strategic partnerships.
• Stay current on customer‑experience trends, innovations, and competitive intelligence within the public sector.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology.
• Demonstrated experience working with the US public sector (must‑have).
• Proven track record of supporting pipeline development and optimizing marketing ROI.
• Experience leading annual planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
