About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will manage the procurement process, focusing on creating purchase orders, maintaining transactional purchasing data, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders in coordination with GBS P2P, Procurement, and local business teams.
- Maintain accurate purchasing transaction records and data.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, finance or accounting roles.
- Experience working with local clients and suppliers in the supported country.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
Required skills
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
