About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will manage the procurement process, focusing on creating purchase orders, maintaining transactional purchasing data, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate transactional purchasing data.
- Facilitate communication with internal GBS teams and external suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or procurement roles, including work with local clients and suppliers.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Excel.
- English language level B2.
What we offer

- Hybrid work model.
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
