About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will manage the procurement process, focusing on creating purchase orders, maintaining transactional purchasing data, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders in collaboration with GBS P2P, Procurement, and local business teams.
- Maintain accurate purchasing data and support stakeholder communication.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, finance or accounting roles.
- Experience working with local clients and suppliers in Colombia.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
