About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will manage the procurement process, focusing on creating purchase orders, maintaining transactional purchasing data, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate transactional purchasing data.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers.
- Collaborate with GBS P2P, Procurement, and local business colleagues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or procurement roles.
- Experience working with local clients and suppliers in Colombia.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
