Quality Analyst – Gaming QA (Bogotá)

About the role

Electronic Arts is looking for a Quality Analyst to join its Bogotá studio. In this role you will help ensure that EA’s gaming titles meet the highest standards of quality and player satisfaction by executing test cases, reporting defects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scripted test cases and perform exploratory testing on game builds.
• Identify, document and track defects using bug‑tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze test results, provide insights and suggest process enhancements.
• Communicate testing progress, challenges and recommendations across teams and time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA testing or a similar role.
• Experience with process documentation and test case management.
• Familiarity with software and/or game development life cycles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
